All client engagements are governed by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Clients are contractually prohibited from publicly disclosing their relationship with Vavelio, referencing Vavelio in marketing or sales materials, or exposing details about their infrastructure architecture to any third party or on any communication channel.
This contractual confidentiality serves a specific operational purpose: by restricting public knowledge of client infrastructure, we reduce the attack surface available to potential adversaries. Infrastructure that cannot be studied cannot be targeted. This principle extends to our own operations — we do not publish client names, case studies, or infrastructure details without explicit written consent.
The NDA is mutual and comes into effect from the first conversation. We treat confidentiality as infrastructure — built in from day zero, not added as an afterthought.
Our engineers hold certifications from industry-recognized bodies including CompTIA (Security+), ISC² (CISSP), and vendor-specific credentials across our technology stack. Certification details are available to clients upon engagement.

Vavelio LTD has an ongoing commitment to publish all financial statistics and company performance data publicly. We believe that transparency builds trust, and trust is the foundation of every client relationship.
When we publish financial data, it will be presented in aggregate form — protecting client identities, client data, and any information that could connect a specific client to our infrastructure or services. We will never compromise client confidentiality for the sake of transparency. The two principles are not in conflict: you can be open about your own numbers while remaining absolutely silent about your clients.
