Vavelio is not a volume practice. We deliberately limit our engagements to ten new clients annually. This ensures every relationship receives the depth of attention, architectural rigour, and operational commitment that our work demands.
We only accept clients introduced by an existing client. This is not exclusivity for its own sake — it ensures every new relationship begins with shared context, mutual trust, and an understanding of how we operate.
We conduct a deep technical review of your infrastructure, network topology, and security posture. This is not a sales exercise — it determines whether we can deliver meaningful value. If we cannot, we will say so directly.
Engagements are scoped, resourced, and executed with full operational ownership. We do not hand off to junior teams after the contract is signed. The architects who design your infrastructure are the engineers who deploy and maintain it.
By the nature of our work — network architecture, security design, infrastructure ownership — we operate inside our clients’ most sensitive systems. We do not name clients publicly. We do not publish case studies without explicit written consent. We do not reference engagements in sales conversations. What happens on your infrastructure stays on your infrastructure.
We do not publish named case studies. Our portfolio is deliberately anonymised.
Every engagement begins with a mutual NDA. We treat confidentiality as infrastructure — built in from the first conversation.
“We are not a vendor. We are not a consultancy. We are the engineers who carry the pager. That limits how many clients we can serve — and that is exactly the point.”
Introduced by an existing client? Your referral contact can reach us directly — we do not accept unsolicited engagement requests. Every new relationship begins through someone we already work with.
