Vavelio operates its own Antivirus API service — a multi-engine file scanning platform available to all our clients. Integrated directly into VNAS, our container registry, and exposed as an API for development teams.
Our Antivirus API runs multiple scanning engines in parallel. Files are quarantined by default until verified clean. The service is integrated into every VNAS deployment, our container registry (VCRS), and is available as a REST API for any application that handles file uploads.
All VNAS deployments are pre-configured to route every write through the Antivirus API. Files that fail inspection are quarantined and flagged for review.
VCRS scans every container image layer before it becomes available in the registry. Known vulnerabilities, malware signatures, and policy violations are blocked at push time.
The Antivirus API is available to all Vavelio clients as a private REST endpoint. POST a file, receive a verdict within milliseconds. Integrate it into CI/CD pipelines, file upload handlers, or any workflow that handles untrusted content.
HTTP POST with multipart form data. Returns a JSON verdict with threat classification, engine results, and a unique scan ID for audit trails.
GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins integrations available. Scan build artifacts, dependencies, and container images before they reach production.
