We operate a custom mail server solution for clients who need sovereign email infrastructure. Every mail server is guarded behind air-gapped environments and exposed through Proxmox Mail Gateway.
Every VMS deployment follows a two-layer architecture: the mail server operates inside the air-gapped private cloud with no direct internet access, and a hardened gateway — Proxmox Mail Gateway — sits at the boundary. Inbound mail filtered, scanned via Antivirus API, relayed internally. Outbound mail authenticated, DKIM-signed, routed through the gateway. The mail store never touches the internet.
We deploy and manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for clients who require them. However, we actively recommend and default to Proton — a European company with end-to-end encryption and Swiss jurisdiction. We cannot guarantee data sovereignty on US-based platforms.
